I may actually increase the stars should I give it another chance but I have one recommendation: you have a huge new kitchen, instead of pre making your croque Madame and heating it up on a panini press, make a fresh one, you’ve certainly got the time and equipment. Slightly embarrassing, I can imagine. (I can see the panini lines on the bottom of the bread). So just, be better.
