I don’t get the really negative ratings. Perhaps there are days when the regular aren’t working. I am well experienced with Chinese food, and I find this place to be the best in town. The only downside I see is that the place could use a real upgrade and/or a move to a better spot.

Enjoyed lunch at Ming Wahs!!. Met owner Cam at visit to Costco and urged by him and many other patrons to give his place a try we did And LOVED IT!!! GREAT FOOD ,SERVICE, atmosphere was very friendly and clean. Portions were gigantic. Very reasonable for quality of food you can enjoy. Definitely going back even tho we live a distance away it is very worth the drive from the valley. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Hopefully this review gets back to Cam, as I promised I would give an honest review. Thanks for a great meal!! See you again very soon….

Invest in seasonings. Had dinner with soup. Soup could have had something other than a few vegetables in it, but it didn’t taste like it. Was more like just eating some warm water with a couple of limp vegetables. Not a good start. Then had some fried shrimp-one of my favorites, but not here. Served without sauce, asked but never did receive sauce, chow mein was also tasteless-used the heck out of the salt shakers to just get the food to taste like something, and experience was shared by all at our table. Not an enjoyable experience, next time, I’ll just cook at home.

Worst chinese food ever. I love Chinese food… But this was some of the worst food I have ever had! I have never had such poorly flavored, soggy Chinese in my life. After reading many some reviews I thought I would try this place out in hopes of finding my new go to chinese restaurant, but it was so very disappointing. I can live with the terrible decor and service that came off as some what rude, but the food itself was just nasty. The almond chicken was literally fried chicken with country gravy on it… Save yourself the time and money if you are looking for good authentic chinese food. Panda Express is better than this, and that says a lot.

Best Chinese food in Spokane!. No matter if you order off the menu, or just order the Today’s Special off the reader board, the food is always fresh, the service is fabulous, and you will want to go again and again. I first visited Ming Wah back in 1997, and have been a regular since. My family grew up there, and whenever we make a trip back home to Spokane, it is on our list of places to stop. Even after all these years, they still greet us by our first names!!! Try the sesame chicken, the special chow mien, and anything spicy from the menu; it’s all wonderful!
