Excellent food and service. We had a party of 13 on the special prices night Jan. 21, (prices as they were 45 years ago). We got there early and they were extremely busy. Despite the hectic crowd we were very pleased with the whole experience. Our waitress (Sarah) confessed this was her first night off training and she did a marvelous job serving our large group and seeing to our every need. The food portions were large and all the meals were very delicious. It would have been a great value at the regular price! We are very satisfied.Thank you Sarah for your great service.
Took my husband there for his birthday. Our first time going. It was extremely busy,service was good,waitress seem to be more focused on big groups then two people so I felt. The food was outstanding. It was so good we went back the next night with our youngest. I had there lasanga and husband had there fettetchini or how ever the heck you spell it. We all had what he had it was better service second time. Barely any wait and apologies for making us wait a few minutes. Cheaper than olive garden and it comes with milk,ice tea,coffee,tea,salad,meal with home made sour dough bread garlic butter, icecream. All for average meal 10.00 -13.00 but awsawesome. Parking hard but worth the wait. Well be going back for sure
Excellent!. Great atmosphere, service and food! This is the only place to eat Italian in Spokane. Need I say more.
Will be back!. Loved the Old Spaghetti Factory! The food and drinks were wonderful, the atmosphere was very nice; would be great for a casual night out or a dressy date night too. The service was great and I will definitely return to this restaurant. This has become our favorite Italian in Spokane!
Not what it was.. I used to love this place when I was younger. The food, service, and ambiance was something to be admired. However in the intervening years I have come to realize that The Old Spaghetti Factory is to Italian cuisine. That McDonald’s is to good food.I think that the true meaning that you cant go home again is true.
My family, friends and I have been going to the Old Spaghetti Factory for years, and will continue to do so. The prices are fantastic. $10-$15 a dish includes a beverage, soup or salad, delicious unlimited sourdough bread, and a large dinner portion. The staff there are incredibly friendly and accommodating. A very family-oriented restaurant. If you’re seeking a restaurant where you get a lot of fantastic food for a really great price, try the Old Spaghetti Factory.
I liked it simply because I didn’t hate it. Pretty pedestrian food, probably catering to the lowest common denominator. Probably the only good thing about it is that you can feed a large group cheaply and everything is pretty accessible. Probably two out of five stars but I’d still go back if someone invited me to dinner.
