This has been a long time restaurant in downtown Spokane. Our dining experience started with an almost impossible driving and parking problem. (Not that this is Spaghetti Factory’s fault) but it is a fault in its location. We where seated promptly and the waitress was friendly and got us our food quickly. The atmosphere was a little dark the lighting is very, if not too dim. Also as the restaurant filled up it became quite noisy especially down stairs near the bathrooms. As things continued to get busier our waitress did not show for quite a while. Leaving our glasses empty and taking a long while to get out check when we where ready to go. Food was subpar ravioli was lukewarm basically only warmed by the sauce. With all of the options in Spokane I would only come here again purely for the nostalgia.

just got back from eating a old spaghetti factory was ok not what I was expecting food very bland sauce tasted like it came out of a jar tenderloins had no seasoning not expecting homemade sauce like I make but something with some flavor waitress was great hostess were great to many screaming kids but it is what it is food was good if your in the mood for Italian like food and don’t want to cook wine choices were good would probably go back if I was invited and not paying

Not sure why this place is popular…. Mediocre pasta and flavor. It might be a step above Olive Garden, but that isn’t saying much. The decor is interesting. The service on par with a subpar chain.
