Food good Service TERRIBLE. Our experience was mixed. The food was very good but the prices for Spokane were quite excessive. My food was cold but for others this was not the case. My problem was the service. We were basically left alone in the back and had minimal face time with our server. There was no way I could take my food back because we didn’t see our waiter and the wait time Not only did he bring us COLD Coffee in a French press, the bills were charged incorrectly and INCLUDED a 20% tip. No where on the menu did it say that a gratuity would be included for large parties. Normally it is 18%. We had 3 separate with no less than 4 folks to a check and were all charged the 20%.
Amazing dinner and dessert! I had the Ultimate Seafood Trio and the lobster, scallops, and shrimp were so good! The sauce was really good too! The risotto was not very good in my opinion. But dessert was awesome! I highly recommend the bag of donuts with dipping sauce! I could have ate the whole thing myself! And the staff were really attentive. Our water didn’t get below half full before they were filled again. A little pricey but so worth it for date night!
Nothing special. The ambiance is nice, but the food just mediocre. The service was ok, but not exceptional. I agree that they are just average and don’t try to be anything more than that. For the price you would expect more from the place, but they just don’t cut it. Not a place I would return to again.
First visit was excellent!. Tried Scratch today for lunch. Nicely done decor has a hip, urban feel to it. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. All the dishes being served around us were beautifully prepared. I asked to withhold scallions on the fish tacos and they did with no problem. Fish tacos were very good and the tomato bisque soup was outstanding thick and creamy and flavorful. Hubby had the chowder and Greek chicken sandwich and said they were both very good as well. This isn’t the fastest place for a workday lunch, but worth the wait. Highly recommend.
Always a great dish…service outstanding as well. Always have to eat here when in Spokane.
Atmosphere is nice, very warm in the summer time. Service was great, our server was a doll. Food was not great, especially for the price. Seafood trio was flavorless and unimpressive. Kids Mac and cheese was $8 for a small bowl that was not particularly tasty. I was not thrilled with our dinner, though I will say I have been to Rain for happy hour and food, drinks and prices were all great. Maybe avoid for dinner and show up early for happy hour instead!
