Being an avid hunter and fisher(wo)man, it’s rare to find me ordering salmon at a restaurant… It’s even more rare to find me ENJOYING it. Perfectly cooked filet of steelhead and not completely smothered in butter, garlic and lemon. Super pleased with the service and atmosphere as well. Will be returning, for sure!
