Sentimental favorite from college years. I don’t think the menu nor the decor has changed since the early 90’s when I lived here. 51 beers on tap, burgers and assortments of offerings. It brought back great memories of past.
51 beers on tap and they give you tastes to help minimize your confusion regarding the vast options. The menu is great for a pub environment. I had the pan seared Brussel Sprouts with a Sirracha Dijon dipping that were exceptional. I also enjoyed a large Cobb Salad that was very fresh and crisp. The restaurant has bar seating which I value when you are a solo business diner. The bar tender provided excellent service.
Venerable, old-timey bar and restaurant that has been doing business for decades in Downtown Spokane. The vintage wooden bar is over 100 years old and is beautiful to look at. Menu leans heavily burger, and is sort of all-things-to-everyone, running the gamut from pasta to seafood. The food is decent, completely unmemorable, standard Americano bar food, and is truly not ‘flat out disgusting’ as has been mentioned. I generally do not lend creedence to slam-job reviews by people who don’t post pictures, anyway. In fact, my wifey was ‘thrilled’ with the quality of her salmon, and that’s high praise for a joint like this. Great service by the whole team. Our large party was taken care of very well, and with two of my gals celebrating birthdays, we were treated to some silly, celebratory high jinks by the hostess and her henchwomen. It was all in great fun…
