Bad attitude. Diner from Seattle Joined Jun 2013 good cupcake. terrible attitude Doesn’t like it Diner Review Jun 20, 2013 Edit I went here for my grand daughters birthday cupcakes. I asked my husband to call ahead to make sure they had red velvet cupcakes and could they hold some. Got the no asnwer so he asked if he could pay for them over the phone, again no, so then he asked if they could at least confirm that they had 12 cupckes, no again. He finally got them to confirm that they had 12.I got there, and they had the nerve to say that my husband had been rude to them. are you kidding me?? That’s like the pot calling the kettle black! their website site states that they are passionate about their customers…what a joke! I read someone’s review stating that they were racist…I don’t agree, they don’t discriminate, they dislike everyone!Best cupcakes BUT terrible attitude from the folks who work there. I have been many times and everytime I go it feels like I am imposing on them.I didn’t have a living social coupon, I paid full pop. Picked up a couple of cupcakes from here the other day. They were what I expect from a cupcake; moist cake, light and fluffy frosting, nice flavors. I’d get cupcakes from here again.
