Lunch menu is very reasonably priced. The staff was able to accommodate a quick order change, that was nice. Unfortunately, this place suffers from the same downfalls as Dalian House. Soup is poor and no almond fried chicken. Price is great and people were friendly, just not a place I’m going to frequent.
Had a Groupon so I checked it out. We were seated right away and the staff was really friendly. We ordered an appetizer sampler, soup, and two entrees (honey walnut shrimp and the Peking beef). The appetizer sampler was really small and didn’t have much flavor. The soup was actually pretty good (egg drop). The honey walnut prawns were pretty good. They were big and crispy, and it didn’t have too much mayo sauce. They came on a bed of steamed broccoli which I liked a lot more than shredded lettuce. The Peking beef had pretty much no flavor at all. You had to pour a lot of soy sauce over it to taste any flavor (which was just soy sauce) and has waaaaay too many onions in it. The beef didn’t even taste like beef, more like that meatless imitation meat stuff. It was kind of gross. The pancakes that came with it were good though. The prices were okay ranging from 10 to 15 dollars a plate, but not worth it based on the taste, or lack of. I wouldn’t recommend this place, nor would I come back again.
Awesome chinese restaurant!. We have been ordering delivery from Peking Wok for 3 yrs. now and have never had bad experience or food. The delivery guy is always so cheery and the lady on the phone is so efficient. We kidd about how quick they are, too; usually arrive in 15 mins! The food tastes so fresh and homemade, especially the moo shu pork and the pot stickers. Plus, they always include 2 sodas.
Overall Great Experience. In our 10 or so years of experience with Peking Wok, in addition to great food and value, they have excellent customer service. Contrasted with other Factoria restaurants, we have never had a bad experience or bad meal.
