Had an awful experience at the Thai Ginger WA Restaurants in Factoria today. The lady hostess scowled at us as soon as we walked in then kept saying HUH HUh while we ask for a table for four and then she just points to the table we should sit at!! When I ask for the restroom again same thing – scowls then points to the restroom door! When I ask for boxes for the leftovers again she behaves the same way . Scowling! Then we notice shes smiling and talking perfectly normally with the other patrons. So she knows English and she know how not to scowl at customers apparently (!) . The whole experience has left such a bad taste I would never go back to such an awful place.

I hadn’t been here in quite a few years so when I finally went back I was surprised at how delicious it was. It is a small space but many of the dishes are close to authentic Thai rather than Americanized Thai food. The Panang Curry was superb, but even better was their Larb Gai, a traditional northern Thai dish. I have had this dish at many restaurants in the area but they do it best. Service is quick as well.
