Had to keep asking for a refill on drinks. After dinner when I could finally get the bartenders attention, asked for the bill. I was over charged. Bartender did nothing to correct it, also took it upon herself to take tip for herself before giving me my change. Come to find out, she is the owner. THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

I came here yesterday for the potluck dinner and i ate some delicious homemade goodies. this place makes me feel at home, like i am at grandmas. great ambience and very friendly people. by the way they had an excellentfireworks display too. luv the place.02 Jun, 2011Nibblers night. Ok i might like the food but the bartender here aka (london) is a bitch. she has a severe attitude problem and is disrespectful to alot of the patrons here. she does not belong in the bartending business or anything to do with the public.02 Jun, 2011Nibblers night. My mouth just waters reading the description of this dish.anyways i tried it tonight and it was absolutely delicous. you really can’t beat the food here especially for the price. locally i am hard pressed to find a better place to enjoy a good meal and pleasant ambiance. by the way randy burt plays here on wednesday nights.10 May, 2011Just came in for jumbo meatballs. it was the bomb.if you are italian you will love this place. my name is martini rosselini and i know what im talkin about.09 May, 2011I just brought in my mother for mothers day dinner and believe me the honey amaretto glazed ham is as delicious as it sounds. my mom and i enjoyed it very much. thank you very much for making my mothers day.08 May, 2011I went to cascades last sunday for moms meatloaf (which by the way is one of my favorite alltime meals) and was amazed at the generous portions, definitely a manly meal. definitely one of the best meatloaf dinners i have ever had. except for grandmas.
We went to breakfast at this establishment on a Saturday morning. First off, the bartender Angie, was completely put out to do ANYTHING for us. Super rude!We finally got the chance to order after at least 15 min. Ordered mimosa’s. When we got our order our glasses had lipstick on them. When we told the bartender about it, she simply grabbed the glasses, smeared the lipstick around and slapped it down on the table. Will NEVER order another drink from that rude chick again!! How completely ghetto!
Agree with Martin.. London was very rude.. To me it’s kinda hit and miss the food is good for it’s price 6 bucks for a pretty decent breakfast not to shabby! We enjoy going in there because of the other patrons.. Service is a struggle for them very rarely do we get very good service.. Rude b*tchy bartenders! Day and night! Makes no sense your are there to provide a service.. I definitely don’t want to tip you if you make me feel like I’m inconveniencing you!!
Nice stop before movie. My wife and I stopped in to the Cascade Springs on our way to the local movie house. I had a smoked turkey sandwich with tater tots and my wife had a half a roast beef sandwich and a cup of soup. The portions were generous and the tomato basil soup was great! The service was attentive and polite. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and bright (the door to the kitchen was open to the restaurant). We’ll be back.27 Jan, 2010Great food. I have been at the Cascade Springs several times now and I loved every meal! The last dinner, the flat iron steak, was done to a perfect med-rare even though it was over an inch thick. It was served with a real baker and a cooked veggie mix (slight crunch ment not from frozen). The garden salad was very fresh and the dressing had bits of bleu cheese and was served with a warm dinner roll. The only negitive was the lounge was too crowded to find a seat! I’d rate it five star!
Try the regular menu. The prime rib is tender and flavorful, the clam chowder is rich and creamy and chocked full of clams. The taco salad is large and spicy. The best thing on the menu is the VALUE!07 May, 2009Fun place!. I love to stop at the bar, after work to unwind. The people are friendly and my age (40ish), the food in the bar is very good and reasonable (1/3rd lb. burger, nachos, loaded potato skins, fresh salad ; $4.00 ea. or 3 for $10.00). The place is bright and sunny and the bathrooms are always stocked and clean. The owners Keri and Steve are warm and funny and the staff is attentive. I like it.
