This is the only. Franchised eatery that my wife and I visit regularly. I have no idea how the owner makes any money at this, but the quality of the food is really outstanding, and with the price asked, I think you get more than your money’s worth. The staff is well trained, efficient and friendly. I love love love their fish tacos (Taco del Mar style!), quesadillas, and their platters. Compared to some of the dine restaurants (ahem Azteca for example), this place puts many of them to shame!
