Bitter/Raw is the oyster bar upstairs at Lark. It’s tucked away and often quite private. We spent my partner’s birthday evening here and went through a bunch of oysters and several bottles of champagne. It was a memorable place for a birthday and we got a bit rowdy! Definitely recommend this place if you love oysters after work. The worst part is the trek down to the bathrooms…
