This juice joint is on point. Pretty sure everything is organic (or at least local and mostly organic). Their made-to-order veg and fruit juices are extremely tasty which is sometimes rare, because I have definitely been to some juice bars where their green juices are more medicine-like, which you have to almost force yourself to gag down. They’re not too sweet either.Their sandwiches and salads are really fresh and a great balance of lean protein, veg, and healthy fats. Many gluten-free options as well. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow but it’s because everything is made to order. It is somewhat expensive compared to some of the other juice bars/vegetarian restaurants in town, but not excessively so.
