Lemme tellya, the perfect thing to break a short fast was a kalua pork slider, two SPAM sliders, on Hawaiian rolls with their nunya (nunya business what’s in it . . though I’m guessing it’s a mix of mayo, siracha and maybe something else) sauce, and Station’s excellent macaroni salad! Why, there’s even little cubes of ham (I think it was ham) in the salad. Staring out at the rain while chomping SPAM and kalua pork in that sauce is a Heavenly moment, complete with a little sauce dripping down your fingers for licking off.
