The Seattle Culinary Academy trains the next generation of chefs and servers. Every week, a new student is responsible for handcrafting a menu and running the entire restaurant. The cafe is open for 2 hours 4 days a week. Be patient – the service can be slow, they are students! But its a learning opportunity for all! The students and staff are receptive to your feedback. I’ve eaten here at least twice a month and I’ve only been disappointed with my meal once. Make sure to give 60-90 minutes of your time if you choose to eat here.Price: $ (Inexpensive), about $10-$15 per mealFood Quality: 5/5 (the menu changes weekly)Service: 3/5 (student-run cafe, so be patient)Ambiance: 4/5 (remodeled space with a great view of the kitchen)
