A great spot for dinner at Capitol Hill. Has a simple menu but everything is a surprise. The burger and the chickpea pancake are a must. Great music. Very recommended.

I found Quinn’s un-expectantly and I’m glad I followed my food instinct because this place is great, with awesome handcrafted cocktails and one of my favorite dishes on the menu, bone marrow. I dine a lot and this place definitely does the gastro pub scene proud. The service is great and I’ve enjoyed every dish I’ve ordered and have been back multiple times with out of town guests who fall in love with Quinn’s as well. I recommend this place for those wanting to enjoy great food and a warm welcoming staff. Order the bone marrow you won’t regret it and you can even ask to do a luge. mounivong.blogspot.com

This place is fancy. I had the smoked salmon salad… The salmon was good, the salad had a pickled onion flavor that wasn’t bad…I think it actually had pickled shallots in it… It was decent. The yogurt panna cotta was delicious with a crumble and blueberries, yum!

Good Vibes. I keep returning to Quinns for three reasons: the service is exceptional, the drinks are excellent, and the atmosphere is cozy (despite the floor to ceiling windows, which make for real good people watching btw). Ok, maybe 4 reasons – you gotta start with the Scotch Egg! I havent fallen in love with any of the entrees. I feel the preparation is too heavy, and not very flavorful at the same time. Not my favorite style I guess. I still recommend this place highly for the good vibes.
