Authentic Cuban Sandwich- at last. Finally, someone has undertaken to make a true, authentic Cuban sandwich in Seattle, instead of of these faux-Cuban sandwiches elsewhere. Snout and Co. has the right pork, the right ham, the right cheese, and even the right bread (NOT French– are you listening, Paseo?). Cuban food is not hot and spicy so don’t be looking for peppers and hot sauce. The subtle mojo flavor is there and done right. I can’t wait to go back and try the picadillo.

It’s Great. I loved the food! It was a great balance of flavors and spiciness. The pork was tender which made the sandwiches, along with their fixings, really super. The Picadillo Bowl was terric, as was the Cuban Bowl. Topping everything off with some Plantains and that yummy tomatillo-coconut sauce made my meals very satisfying. I recommend this new vendor truck to anyone who loves good, flavorful food!
