After trying out various ‘non-Starbucks’ coffee beans across Seattle, The Victrola beans has been my favorite. I was curious to check out their coffee shop. Located on the ever bustling east pike street, it has good seating area (unlike other coffee shops in this location). I tried a short cappuccino and chai latte. Both of them were good. The latte art on the coffee was one of the finest i saw in downtown. (yes, i am fan of latte art). They have bar-stool seating facing the street, which makes it a cool spot to hangout for a while.

Coffee is great. Barista not so much.. Ordered a cappuccino and it was nice and strong. The barista was rude and judgmental. Did not make me feel comfortable at all.

Great coffees!. I visit Seattle a lot, and found Victrola through a local coffee shop here in Salt Lake (Caffe D’bolla. The owner knows a lot of great coffee shops to go to all over the country!) I I love the layout of the shop. It’s open, bright, and very comfortable. Both the espresso and coffee are wonderful. This past time we were there my husband got a macchiato and an Americano, and I got a small latte. All were very good, and their latte art was very good too! Their roaster is right on site, which I love. My husband roasts coffees at home sometimes, so he was admiring the roaster by the window for a while. Friendly baristas, and very professional.Very nice place.

Great Coffee & Pastries. A few weeks ago I had breakfast at Essential Bakery and the coffee, I was told, came from Victrola. With that as motivation (ok, just a flimsy excuse) I found myself (sort of) in the neighborhood and stopped in for some coffee. The place was jammed and rockin’. I bought a pound of Triborough expresso to take home and had a delicious double machiatto on the spot. Clearly a reciprocal relationship, they serve Essential Bakery items–and had a packed house.
