My friend made reservations for her birthday party here for 15 people. The restaurant even called earlier that day to confirm. We arrived on time and waited. Then we were told it would be another hour. Of course we didnt want to wait an hour when we had a reservation. We were also told that they didnt make reservations. If that were true why did they call earlier in the day to confirm and let her make a reservation in the first place? We ended up calling another restaurant, Main Event and they welcomed us with open arms. They didnt nothing to compensate my friend for their mistake. This was very poor customer service. This was my first time going to Twilight Pizza. I will not be back. Neither will the other 14 people and we will be sure to tell all our friends about our poor treatment.
