Yummy lunch. Nice starter salad with a light vinaigrette dressing. Hot, flakey spring rolls. Lunch specials included a tasty basil chicken with rice and a fried egg. One weird thing: the mushrooms in the dish were cold! The tea smoked salmon rocked as did the orangy spiced rice. The curry coconut sauce was really good. Short money too. A real find.
Best Ever. We Went to Bai Pai for the first time on monday evening. Wade greeted us quickly, and let us know that Bai Pai does happy hour all night on mondays and Tuesdays. The Happy hour food was great, But Wade was totally awesome–he walked us through the regular menu like it wa the back of his hand. We had a bankok blast and a Lychee martine. Both were poured beautifully. We will be back for the food, but especially to see Wade again!!! Thanks Wade for providing us with such a great time!!!
BAI PAI FOOD. Food is horrible. completely americanized. the peanut sauce with the satay is actually peanut butter modified with chilly paste. complete humbug!! its a pricey place and the quantity is small. the curries are small portion and filled with basil leaves more than anything else. we, a group of 6, have vowed never to set foot in there again!!27 Jun, 2012Americanized thai food. Pricey but good. Had Tum Yum soup with seafood, spring rolls and salad. All were very fresh and delicious. Two of those orders was $46 which seemed steep–although the service was very good and the atmosphere lovely. On the other hand, with so many great Thai restaurants, why pay more than you have to?
Good place for dinner. We had good time here tonight. We ordered the Phad see eaw noodle with beef, green curry with seafood, and mango salad. They were delicious! We will be back.
There are many better Thsi places nearby. This one has a limited menu, is overpriced has slow service and the food is unimpressive
Delicious!. On the recommendation of co-workers, took my daughter to lunch there yesterday. We both enjoyed our lunch. She had Orange Beef, and I tried the traditional Thai dish Chop Chop Basil Chicken. I could have eaten two more plates – it was that yummy and so full of flavor. Can’t wait to go back.
