We three had our first meals here yesterday. The ambiance was very pleasant and not too noisy. Service was quick. Food was good, though there were a couple of stumbles. The chile relleno was undercooked and tough, though generous in size and with better cheese than in other restaurants. The crab enchiladas contained ample fillings of fresh crab, listed on the menu as being topped with chile verde and monterey jack cheese. However, they were served with yellow cheese and the flavor was wrong; it overwhelmed the delicate sweetness of the crab. Also, we recommend that servers talk about the available forms of frijoles when taking orders so that diners can request a preference.
