The food is delicious, flavorful, good variety and great value. The shrimp pad thai had 6-7 huge shrimp in it. Cashew and veggies with chicken was also wonderful. Chicken was sliced thinly and well seasoned. We were happy to note that their spice levels (1 to 4 chilis) are accurate. We got 2 chilis / medium spice and it the spiciness was as expected. They were generous with the serving sizes of all their dishes. Chicken satay was really tasty too. One thing to mention is that the service is excellent! They truly go above and beyond. We were highly impressed. Definitely will go back!SIde note – don’t be deterred by how empty the restaurant looks. I think a lot of their business is take-out, hence the lack of seated customers. It has a nice atmosphere with booths, decent lighting and decor.
O’Ginger has wonderful Thai food and they are so so friendly. They have the best lunch deal in town ($6.95 for most of their entrees). If you order take out they always have it ready very quickly and Bite Squad also delivers for them. Their panang curry which is my staple Thai dish is one of my very favorites in Seattle. Their Tom Yum is more flavorful than most and my husband loves the cashew chicken. We haven’t tried anything bad. They have a great spot near the lake and aren’t usually very busy which surprises me. I hope the word gets out so they stick around!
Sooooo Good. O’Ginger is my new favorite Thai restaurant in all of Seattle, and I have tried MANY. The food is DELICIOUS, the place is very clean, and the service is wonderful and friendly. They are very accommodating with substitutions and anything else you want. I love this place. I keep coming back. I hope they do well and stay there for a very long time. If you can’t find street parking, there is a free garage around the corner that always seems to have lots of space.
Great GREAT food, amazing peanut sauce (could eat it straight it was so good) and genuinely nice, friendly service. Great price and great atmosphere. We will be back.
Delicious!!!. I’ve been here about 5 times, (dine-in and take out). Everything I’ve ordered has been great. Large portions, too! Pad Thai, fried rice, and the yellow curry are wonderful. I keep coming back. The food is great and service is friendly and accommodating.
Good Eats. Classic Thai dishes served family style. Would recommend.
