Although indulgent these tacos are out of this world. They have several meat options and the vegetarian option which seems sort of like a vegetarian chili inside of a fry bread. They are topped with cilantro, what I think is a sriracha mayo, and crunchy cabbage slaw. I haven’t tried anything else but they also have burgers, chili, and several sides. By far the best food truck I have had.

Great street food. Simple tasty street Tacos using Indian Fry bread instead of Tortillas. Beef, Chicken, pork or veggie. You can’t go wrong with any of them!

Off the Rez On the Hill in town!. Off the Rez was our first food truck we hit up in Seattle and it was a wonderful start!I got the beef Indian Taco and it was so good! It had all the toppings that go with a taco and then some!Off the Rez food is a new take for me for sure. It is not exactly Mexican food but there are similarities. The Indian Tacos have fry bread with the meat and veggies on top, toppings and what looked like succotash on the very top. All so good! These Indian Tacos are considerably different than the ones I got in Colorado where they were an entire meal! These street size portions are just right. It is not likely you will get overfull here after a night of drinking. These Indian Tacos reminded me much of a cross between a Tostada, traditional taco and a Sloppy Joe!Off the Rez has good meal deals that are very affordable! They also have sweet tacos as well. Steve and I split a Strawberry flavored taco, yep it was good!Since Off the Rez is a food truck they are mobile and are often in different spots around Capitol Hill and downtown everyday. Check in on their Facebook page daily to see where they will be and what their hours are. They usually cater to the nightlife so are often open late.
