Used to be a regular customer but it looks like the customer service is atrocious now.Ordered two burgers and tater tots, but the cashier (Thursday, 1 October 2015, 8pm) got us fries instead of tater tots. I politely asked him if I could get my tater torts, but he refused to, saying that he couldn’t do anything since the fries were cooked. Come on, how much are the cost prices of the fries? Feel disappointed with the service we had. Clearly, he made a mistake but he didn’t want to rectify it. I hope the boss would read this and fire this guy.
I will forever be endowed to my boyfriend for introducing me to Rain City Burgers’ Chipotle Black Bean Burger. To make a long story short: he is an enthusiastic carnivore, yet he refuses to order any other burger off of the menu. It is THAT good. Everything from the warm bun to the how-is-this-so-heavenly-sauce to the spiciness of the black bean patty make this burger a go-to for any mood. Maybe someday I will venture to other menu items…They also offer a plethora of yummy shakes at Rain City. AND you can order any combo… I mixed peanut butter & chocolate which were, of course, meant to be together.Basically it’s dangerous that this place is now a 5-minute walk from my apartment, because I have an obsession. girlsonfood.net
The Mushroom Swiss Burger was great. A must have!!!
Now that’s a veggie burger!. Had a veggie burger with portabello mushrooms and carmelized onions, pickles and pepper jack cheese. This burger ruled. It was crispy on the outside (breaded?), and the mushrooms were actually meaty and cut to just the right size. Often mushrooms are just not presented right…they either get lost in the other dressings, or are mushy and overly marinated or they are too big and overwhelm the burger. Kinda blew away the last burger I had (at Red Mill).

The burgers were so juicy they were running down our hands! We had the sounder– the cream cheese and grilled jalepeno was amazing– and the monster 12th man and a side of fries. The bacon on the burgers was soooo good! And the guy working was so genuinely nice and eager to reccommend things. Great little neighborhood to people watch at the window counter while enjoying a great burger!
Excellent burgers and fries!. Stopped by today for lunch. Had the Hawaiian burger, fries and a coke. The burger was outstanding, the fries were excellent and the price was right.
