Tacos Guaymas has a great spot by Green Lake and a great patio for people watching. They also have extremely friendly service and great happy hour deals. Honestly my favorite thing is to go for drinks and chips and salsa. Their food is pretty predictable. Not outstanding, not bad. I wish their vegetarian options were more than just beans/rice (basically just leave out the meat) on a taco, burrito, etc.

Good atmosphere. Really crowded on sunny days and takes forever to get an outdoor table, but once you do get it it is a great spot for people watching. good drinks and cheap appetizers.
