Great Shakes. After a bad meal elsewhere, we stopped here for a sunny afternoon palate cleanser: a chocolate shake. It was lung-collapsingly thick and flavorful. Not as good as Dick’s Drive In–but a great alternative.
Once was enough. I just didn’t grok this place, it was merely decent. The drive-in vibe is nostalgic and all, with the little tray hooked to your window, but Aurora is so loud you immediately want to roll it back up. The burger was decent, better than national chain joints, not as good as Red Mill or even Dick’s. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I suppose I can’t say I love everyplace.

Fun Drive In!. A REAL Drive in! The waitress will come and take your order right at your car. They serve the food on a tray that clips on to your window so it is easy to bring it on one bite at a time. Offered treats for our dog too, but she got a burger!
