Avoid this place at all costs!. This place has never really impressed me, their food has always been rather sub par and their customer service is barely tolerable. However as of today they officially hit rock bottom and begun to dig. They have always had a real problem with time, in deliveries I mean. But today they were especially late. I’d have ignored it, if they hadn’t also completely messed up my order. The pizza was stone cold and they brought me the wrong type of pasta entirely. They also apparently run out of the bread they usually use for garlic bread and substituted it with some bizarre type of wheat bread, which was really awful. I couldn’t eat more than a bite of it. When I contacted them about the mistake, they told me that it would be another hour before they could get me the correct pasta or that they would give me store credit. The store credit they offered, may I add, was less than what I paid for the dish they screwed up. Seriously, even knowing I have store credit there now, I still won’t get anything from them. The food was just too awful and the experience itself was all even worse. Avoid this place at all costs.

Excellent Pizza. One of the best pizza in Seattle where every other pizzeria sells over priced and taste less pies. At Davinci’s you only fine finest ingredients with hand cut fresh veggies and home made sauce. They are open until 3:00 am 7 days a week which is big pulse for those who need to be cater later night. Go DaVinci’s
Shady Business Practices.. I used to order from this place all the time cause their salads were always plentiful and loaded. Ordered dozens of times, I’m sure. Never again. On the website for the business it states clearly that the minimum amount needed to place an order for delivery is $8.00. Prior to today, I have never had an issue with this. Tonight I placed and order exceeding the delivery minimum using the online system, as I have before. Fifteen minutes later the business called me and said that the delivery minimum was actually $15 — this is something that has never happened before. I said I had never had an issue and that I had placed orders using the advertised $8.00 minimum before with no problem. The call was then transferred to a different person than who originally called me, who did not identify themselves as management or any sort of supervisor — they told me that they had only one delivery driver that day, and that my address was ‘too far’ for the $8.00 minimum advertised. I said that, again, I had never had an issue before. That I had ordered from the company many times before using the $8.00 minimum, and that this seemed very suspicious. I said I would not be ordering from their business if they were not going to keep true to their online advertising, and that their understaffing did not warrant increased prices or policies. I cancelled my order. This seems like a bait and switch tactic at best, and staff dishonesty at worst.
Told us pizza would be delivered in 30-35 minutes. We are sitting at 1.5 hours. A call 25 min ago said they would be here in 10 minutes. A call 10 min ago said they were on the way. Do NOT order from these guys. They 1. Were’nt apologetic 2. They can’t be honest.
