Good Dim Sum in North Seattle!. This small place makes everything on site, and the glass cases display lots of beautiful baked hum bao and and other stuffed bun goodies, some savory, some sweet. They have a number of delicious steamed dim sum offerings, including shu mai, shrimp balls, and hum bao. They also offer some traditional rice and noodle dishes which I did not try. There are only 2 tables, and they’re not really set up very well for dining, so most people do takeout. I really hope this place makes it!
