Now open in Greenwood. Taking over the space from the sadly-defunct Box & Bottle, the new Munch Cafe is a happy addition to the block. The people behind the counter and back in the kitchen are friendly and helpful, and I liked them at once. The sandwich I ordered was enormous, so I brought more than half of it home, along with house-made tiramisu, mascarpone-filled chocolate-covered cannoli, and nutella cheesecake. (I like desserts, all right? I’ll share them with my son, honest.) So far, I’ve liked everything I’ve tried. Glad they’re here!Update: my son and his family bought beautiful food here last evening for dinner. The lamb burger was a hit, as was the chicken en brochette. Everyone was happy. Yum.
