I’ve been going to this place for years. The food has always been beyond great. I’m pretty original and just go with the large Chicken Teriyaki. They really do give you large portions for how much you spend. Although the owners aren’t fluent in English and might seem somewhat passive towards customers, they are extremely friendly once you talk to them. A lot of the people who give this place bad reviews seem very entitled. It’s a Teriyaki joint for god-sake! You shouldn’t have any extra expectations.
Best Teriyaki!!. I love this place! My family and I have been coming here for as long as I can remember! We eat here once a week the owners are awesome! The food is the best tasting teriyaki! The short ribs are perfect they don’t have too much fat which other teriyaki places do! The spicy chicken teriyaki coming with grilled onions on it yumm yumm yumm! Ok going to pick up my order now!

I’ve come here plenty of times, and I’m highly satisfied after every visit! I’m sorry for those who had bad experiences here, but you should also understand that two people can only do so much! You try being there over 13 hours every day and get every order out perfectly. It’s inevitable to satisfy every single customer, but they try their best!
You can’t say anything untill you get the spicy chicken. Of course if you just get regular chicken at every teriyaki joint you hit, it’s not going to blow your mind. Every spot has a specialty

Great, even though it is by a Shell station. We tried Teriyaki 1st on a lark one day because it was convenient, and were excited to discover some great teriyaki action at this small location. Three tables on the inside, so it is designed for the get-it-and-go, but that hasn’t dampened our enjoyment of the food itself. Full range of traditional teriyaki choices, we’re partial to the Chicken and Gyoza. Try it, you’ll like it!
