Fantastic. Easily recommend this cafe to anyone who likes Korean food. We went at lunch, and had one of their specials which was a hot skillet fried rice with a choice of meat. We picked bulgogi, and it was amazing. It came with pickled radish (a bit like sweet pickles with sesame seeds) and a small bowl of miso soup. The dish itself was topped with an egg, and was plenty of food. We also had a small side of kimchee which was very good. The cafe was clean and neat, and the service excellent. Will definitely be going back with friends.
Fresh ingredients made to order food. The owner as waitress/hostest and her sister as the chef…. You can taste the difference so waiting a littler longer for our food was totally worth it.. Will be a regular at this place.
Amazing Bulgogi! I had to order more rice to make it a complete meal for me but it was full of great flavor! The side they give you is awesome too. Some egg thing, fish cake and pickled radish l think? It was delicious whatever it was. My two year old couldn’t get enough of the food. My husband was also super impressed. We will be back for more of this great place.
Wonderful Authentic Korean. Wonderful authentic Korean food with great service. I felt like I was eating in South Korea. The atmosphere is cafeteria style similar to South Korea. You must try it.
Silly Name, Great Food…. This new place meets all my benchmarks for great Korean fare. Delicious beef bulgogi, perfect heat/flavor on the spicy pork, great broth for their chicken ramen soup, and nicely pickled ban chan side treats as you would hope for. Their portions are not as mammoth as some Korean joints around town, but that didn’t mean we were all not very satisfied and full. Impressive presentation on all dishes, as well. Very friendly family in there, and no language barrier whatsoever. If you like Korean you should not be disappointed. A nice addition to Sprague Avenue…
