Not for us.. I was counting on great food due to the volume of customers. Our breakfast seemed to be cooked in ample amounts of tasteless oil. The toast was soaked nearly all the way through with oil as well. The chicken fried steak was dipped in a pancake batter like coating, somewhat soggy and not quite fried. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Disapointed. My boyfriend and I are new to neighborhood and looked forward to finding a nice local breakfast spot. We took a walk and checked it out. The food was awful and Annie was not pleasant to us. Although, the regulars seemed to be treated well. Prices reasonable but we won’t go back and are still looking for our breakfast spot.

Never Gonna Close…. You all know places like these. Senior-dominated retiree breakfast and lunch places that have smarty-ass middle aged servers, who take care of every need in a timely fashion and are really fun to watch in action. They know everybody. And everybody knows everybody. Went there with a dear, retired Air Force buddy, because he knows I’m comfortable in joints like this. And if you’re over 40, you would be too. Special mention to the steak they are offering with eggs and hash browns. Impressive for it’s tenderness and flavor, and for $8.95, it’s something I will remember when my buddy asks me where I want to go for breakfast again when I visit his realm…

Great food and prices. This is a comfortable family style restaurant just North of the Gonzaga district. We often have breakfast there and it is very reasonably priced with good food and prompt service. It has a nice neighborhood cafe atmosphere with friendly staff. Never had bad food or service here and will recommend it to everyone.

Save your money!!. By the looks of the outside, you’d think that you’re in for a nice, home style meal. SAVE YOUR MONEY and keep on driving. The service is TERRIBLE, the food is mediocre at best, and the staff is rude.
