Beautifully hidden Pho oasis.. I saw the 89 on here and said that it was a must go. Turns out this restaurant earned this score with a simple menu with many of the staples for any party with an apatite for the Asiatic culture, delicious meals at an attractive price. I have a lot of respect our meal was made during the lunch time and it wasn’t packed. The service was curt and polite albeit not very engaging which is by no means a negative. Orders were taken quickly and food delivered promptly all while making sure our drinks were topped off and our needs addressed. Efficient.15 Dec, 2014Pot sticker (Steam or Fried) (6). Best Pho in Spokane!. Don’t be deceived by the name. You think it’s a regular teriyaki place but it’s not. It’s a Vietnamese owned restaurant. Extremely good Pho, and I would say the best in Spokane WA. Trust me I have ate at every PHO place in Spokane and this is by far the best in my opinion.
Review of Pad Thai at Le’s. Le’s looks as though it may well be one of the better of the inexpensive, mixed Asian restaurants notably prevalent in Spokane. It offers one of the more diverse menus, as well as actual ambiance, if modern and utilitarian. However, made the mistake of trying the one Thai dish they had on the menu, the Pad Thai. Not only was it noticeably mild, but at $12, expensive for what is the ubiquitous lunch dish in the cafe’s of Bangkok and much of Thailand; I’ve always been charged between $7-$8, sometimes less, for this dish in the past in other parts of the country, and yes, the serving was always generous. But Le’s version was not only comparatively expensive and somewhat small, but also hardly classic in either flavor or presentation (obviously, strips of chicken intended for the teriyaki were used here). So, not a dish I would recommend from this restaurant. I will, however, look forward to trying their Vietnamese dishes, as well as probably Chinese and teriyaki…?
I’ve tried them all here in the Spokane are and Le’s is by far the best.
The food was good nothing special however I wish I ordered the sweet and sour chicken instead of the teriyaki chicken. They sell BOBA shakes too but it tasted horrible compared to other places. Don’t go there for their shakes.
Pho!!. Have tried Pho before, in larger, (more diverse) cities. Suprised this was as good as it was, given it’s in Spokane. The portions are HUGE! I couldn’t finish the small (gallon!) bowl. Will definitely be returning. Cute little family that runs it is very sweet, excellent/prompt service. No complaints here!
