Delicious! Exactly what I was looking for on a long road trip. Craving a healthy well balanced meal, I discovered Miso Fresh. I ordered the brown rice, tofu and veg thai curry bowl. The veggies were crisp, brown rice cooked perfectly and the Tofu was seared just right. My partner also enjoyed his teriyaki chicken rice bowl. In a food court with poor fast food choices that are common in every part of the city, we were happy to find Miso Fresh and give them our money. We will be back again next time we roll into Spokane. Thank you!
