Not my favorite. The 70% approval rating says it all. If you want great Asian, look elsewhere. The atmosphere is nice, the service is good, the prices are fair and the food is mediocre to the core.
Don’t know if I’ll go back. When I heard that MS now delivers, I was overjoyed. However, I have twice ordered my favorite, the Chicken Osaka, and have been disappointed. What used to be a tangy, flavorful meal has turned into something bland and tasteless. I added more seasoning to make it palatable, so ended up halfway cooking my meal anyway. Please return the original flavor!
Good food. Nothing spectacular in service, but really good food.
NEVER AGAIN!!!. I contacted the Northtown location to make a delivery order for the first time, due to being 7 1/2 months pregnant w/ an injury and not being able to leave my house for a few days. I called to make the order, which took forever. After I ordered, paid and hung up, I received a call back telling me that the total I was given was not including my sodas, so the amount to be charged would be increased (which should have been thrown in free of charge for a total of $3.00, instead of calling back). Delivery was very fast, however the food was no acceptable at all. We ordered 2 Beef and Broccoli Bowls and a large Wonton soup. In my Beef and Broccoli, I had a total of 2 piece of beef, 3 very small pieces of Broccoli and the rest was all veggies. My daughters Beef and Broccoli had 2 pieces of Broccoli and extremely small pieces of beef which didn’t even look like beef. My others daughters Wonton soup was sad, the filling inside of the Wonton was as big as a thumb nail, the rest was just flat. My daughter wouldn’t eat her soup and my other daughter and I ate what we could tolerate. I will NEVER do this again. I am so upset with the whole experience and it was a total waste of $45.00
Mediocre at best. The sauces are just starchy glazes, the food is bland, the meat is overcooked. We had 5 different dishes & none of them were good. Save some money & hit the frozen food section of your local grocery store; this might be almost as good. Best description: devoid of flavor.
Historically my family and I have enjoyed the food; however, lately the food had been inconsistent. The last three times that we’ve ordered anything with chicken we’ve had to ask for it to be redone as the chicken was chewy and hard. Each time that they’ve corrected it, the food was great…what we had come to expect. I hope that they focus on their quality control to provide consistent flavor and texture. Worth trying again!
Yum-o. Lemon Drop Martini and happy hour appetizers…the best place to get together with girlfriends.
