Do not waste $11.00 + per Calzone. We ordered from this place based on ratings and were completely disappointed. The dough was like rice paper. If you took the burnt, thin dome off the Calzone, it was a $2.00 pizza. Pissed that I wasted $50.00.
My comfort food, Love it!. I grew up two blocks from Pete’s and have been regularly going there for my whole life (they opened less than two years after I was born). I don’t know if I can give an unbiased review because it’s just someplace I’ve always gone to and loved. I’m embarrassed at how many employees who have come and gone who know me by sight. I don’t think there is a better Calzone in the world…I’m serious. I really like the pizza too, but the Calzones are special. Some people may prefer heavy dough calzones, but the thin buttery crust on Pete’s is the best in my opinion.

Awesome Calazones. Been going to Pete’s forever. They have the best calzones in town, hand’s down and their pizza bites are delicious! Their service is always top-notch and the prices are reasonable. Love going there!

Calzones worth traveling for. There are no finer calzones than those found at Pete’s. They justify a side trip to Spokane nearly every time I get to the Pacific Northwest. Fresh ingredients, unbelieveable crust and an unhurried made to order experience makes this a place worth visiting. Both locations are great but the one just off the GU campus is special.
