Worst service. Just ate here tonight. Waited 2 hours for a sub par burger. Horrible service.
Great sports bar and family friendly. Tons of screens so every seat is a good one. Burgers are better than average but still made from frozen. Fries are frozen to but came to the table hot. They serve beer either by the glass, the pitcher, or this ridiculous looking tube of 100 ounces for only $13 (wish I’d thought of this). They just started serving breasted chicken and it too is pretty good. Our waitress said they are still perfecting it so I will try again. Overall it’s maybe a 6.5 or 7 out of ten. Lots of room to improve but overall it’s a good experience and I’d encourage anyone to try for themselves. At the very least, the beer is cold and appetizers are great.
Great food, good menu variety. Service was friendly and efficient even though we were here with a large group.
Poor Service & Marginal Food. I would not recommend Spike’s Philly’s and More. When we were there on Sunday the fries were extremely cold and I did not care for the macaroni salad. I asked if I could get a side salad to replace the macaroni salad and I was told that they couldn’t do that without charging me for both. What kind of customer service is that? It would have been less expensive for Spike’s to give me a side salad free of charge rather than charge me for macaroni salad I disliked and lose my business completely. I will not be going there again and will not encourage others to go there either.
Yummy. I love Spikes their nachoes and burgers are wonderful. Their staff and atompshere are outstanding. I often recommend this place to friends
Just so-so. I have been here several times because it is near my work. The sandwiches have always been great, I have tried a different one each time I have been there. The sides that come with the sandwiches are terrible I have never finished one. The shoestring fries are probably their best item. Service has been hit and miss it just depends on who is working. I have had excellent service and also terrible service. I keep hoping that it will improve as it hasn’t been open long.
