  rotten bouncer (patrick). my fiancee and I went in here with our friend for probably the 10th or 15th time tonight. this is our first time having issues with this same bouncer we’ve seen before.my fiancee hasnt changed his ID address in years and said the numbers wrong but got the street and everything correct. he went out to the car to get his social security card debit card, etc. with his name on it. he refused to even look at it. screamed him out the door. when my fiancee tried to explain, he physically threw both of us out the door.we called the manager/owner. they refused any help with the situation. and the bouncer had lied to them saying we put hands on him first. Patrick is just a foul person.needless to say. my fiancee, my friend, I, and all our friends (who called star bar home) wont be back.cheers to your bar being even more empty on weekday nights without our work crew.

  Definitely unique. The bar food here is addicting. Crinkle cut fries (no one does these anymore) so good finger steaks and their sweet and sour chicken is outstanding.Bartenders are ok…and yes, the bartender/owner does look like Scotty Nguyen LOL—he’s incredibly nice. This place is all over the map…rednecks, hippies, college crowd….you never know who’s going to walk in. They have Karaoke but the people who run it play favorites and it’s even if you sign up first they’ll let someone else sing 3 songs before you’re up once.
