Not Open on Game Day??. Went to get a pie for the game today, but the business was not open. Based on this and the other reviews, I would say they won’t be in business for much longer. The hours posted for today are 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. I waited there until 11:15, then gave up and went to Papa Murphys. They were super busy today handling all of the disappointed customers who tried Station House first. First impressions can be damaging. In this case, being that this is a small business, it is not only damaging your business, but your livelihood, and your future as well. This was to be my first visit to the restaurant, but instead you lost another customer.
Poor marketing materials. I received a door hanger advertisement. There are many mistakes in spelling, grammar, punctuation and sentence structure that should have easily been caught if someone had read the copy before printing. The door hanger is very unprofessional. I went on the website and several of the same mistakes are printed in the menu. Also, some of the addresses say Hillyard, Wash., some say Hillyard, WA and some say Spokane, WA….which is it? Is the same lack of attention to detail in the marketing materials carried through to the food preparation, quality , presentation and value? I really hope someone looks at the marketing materials and makes corrections to entice new customers.
