Disappointing update. Both the quality and food and friendliness of staff have decreased at the Steer Inn since my previous review, and because of that, I have changed my opinion of this restaurant.04 Jan, 2012Plain, good burgers. The Steer Inn may not be the Mecca of burgers and fries in Spokane. However, there is no denying that it is simply good food. A Steer Inn burger is infinitely better than your standard chain fast food. Fast, friendly service is the norm. A Pioneer burger with large fries and fry sauce makes for a nice lunch or snack. The Steer Inn is fully capable of fulfilling anyone’s hamburger craving.
This is another one of those iconic places I can’t believe I never visited. It is definitely worthy of the landmark status! Great burgers and hot crisp fries made for a very enjoyable meal. It was exceptionally clean and gets bonus points from me for that! Staff was helpful and welcoming which added to the experience. Prices were reasonable with generous portions, too. Again another place that matches its 90+ percent rating. Nicely done!
This Is The Best Zip’s In Spokane.. People here must have worked for Zip’s and decided they wanted a clean and safe looking restaurant with all of Zip’s food in it. It has the yummiest burgers and tartar sauce with the red little specs that I love. They have butterscotch milkshakes that are like a childhood memory I never had. If you love Zip’s but don’t understand why they are all different come to Steer Inn. It is the best Zip’s in Spokane. Seriously.
