This is the best of all the Spokane locations. They have good food and generally good service. The only time I’ve had bad service was during off hours and the server was a little too personal with us. That and when I sent back my tofu and veggie dish due to the veggies being warm but raw, the server told me that the raw veggies are good for nutrients and that other vegetarians don’t send it back. He must have been a rookie…Overall they have good service though. This was the one time it wasn’t that great.
Left Craving for Authentic Thai Flavors. We had the Pad Thai and the Pad Sewu (sp?) but the authentic flavor seemed to be missing. It seems like this restaurant is geared towards the American clientele that is not accustomed to authentic Thai food. We ate less than a third of our meal then left.
UPDATED: The owner called me and apologized for the issue below. They took responsibility, and I will give them another shot.Ate there tonight for the 1st time ever with my family. The Pad Thai was made with (what we later found out be) too much ketchup. Yep, ketchup. Per the waitress… Anyways, it was bad, they made excuses, and still charged us for it. We liked everything else, and would have been back. However, due to this experience, and a $65 meal that turned out to be sub par, we won’t be back. Simple customer service, & admitting that something is wrong with your dish, could’ve saved you a client, and a negative review.
Great food!! Fresh veggies! The lounge has a great happy hour with half off apps and drink specials. We normally get the chicken cashew nut and the garlic chicken. Love the place we frequent often!
Yum Yum Yum. It doesn’t matter which of the four Thai Bamboo resteraunts you go to, valley, south hill or North Division You are in for soem great food and great service. I highly reccomend this restaurant to everyone; and have treated many of my friends here!!!
Great Restaurant!. I went there recently with my boyfriend for dinner and it was our first time. We absolutely loved the ceiling! The food was excellent and our waitress was very helpful. We had no idea what to order and she knew almost everything on the huge menu! I love all the options they have and that they have many gluten free dishes. I will definitely go back!
