Good breakfast, so long as you don’t order eggs Benedict, because it’s not real hollandaise and what they serve tastes horrible. Lunch and dinner decent. Food quality is great on some items, not on others.
Old fashioned neighborhood diner. Neil’s is the epitome of small neighborhood diner that surprises with some of its unexpected dishes! Their Crab Louie Salad is divine– heaped with a mountain of fresh dungeness crab (Usually offered only during crab season). They have many of the fine staples of a diner including an open faced sandwich and fish and chips. The staff is stupendous and actually remember your favorites if you dine there enough!
Great food. I went here with 3 friends and it was like stepping back into the 70’s. Neil’s is in a strip mall so you have to look for it. Item’s like chicken fried steak and chopped sirloin were on the menu and chicken stuffed with fresh spinach and pesto and fresh dungeness quiche were on the special board. And nothing was over 17 bucks. Great service too!
