Can’t beat it!. Kim and staff are amazing and the food is the absolute best for those of you who enjoy deli-style choices…my husband and I are regulars. The soups are incredible and every day there is a special sandwich – just to keep things interesting. I might add that if you’re in the mood for a breakfast sandwich in the a.m. – you can’t go wrong! Enjoy ~
Best sandwich shop around. My husband and I like to think if our selves as sandwich shop conisuers. We have tried many, nothing compares to Pickles! It is worth the ferry ride just for a sandwich.
I love Pickles. This place has some newer items on the menu since last reviewed. This place has become a favorite stop any time I have to go to Ken’s Corner center. I enjoy their helpful staff because some days I have a hard time deciding which of the items to pick ! You can see their brands of deli items in the front counter window. The staff knows how to hustle up in a busy lunchtime rush ! Don’t let the small front dining area fool you, there is additional seating in a larger back room. They are very welcoming to customers with special requests, flexible with sandwiches as wraps, and tasty vegetarian options. I probably eat their 2 times a month at least. I’ll try for pictures next visit.
No trip to Whidbey would be complete without a visit to Pickles Deli. Amazingly friendly and speedy staff is tbd icing on the cake. These are the best sandwiches in Western Washington. Favorite: Twisted Reuben on grilled onion rye, turkey pastrami, slaw and smoked gruyere.

Pickles Deli is incredible! Their sandwiches are the best I have ever had…ever. Great prices and a cheerful staff make for a great dining experience.
Pickles is great!. I just had the Spicy Italian and, as always, it was great! Kim and her crew are great – definitely the best lunch on the island.
