I had never been to this diner before, and I regret that! I had the pancake stack (3) large graced the plate! They arrived with steam rising and they were YUMMY!!
There are pros and cons to this eatery in my opinion. It is usually busy so the lines can be long. The food is decent but a little overpriced…..most of the servers have been there a long while so they are seasoned. They close pretty early . So it is often not convenient .
Great Breakfast Spot. I’ve been here dozens of times, and despite my best intentions I can’t order anything other than the Montana. Hands down best potato scramble you will ever have and worth the line. Crowded yes, but very much worth it! Be warned…even the small montana can feed a family of 4.

French Toast Combo. The breakfast was awesome. i definitely would recommend it. the bacon is crispy. but french toast is good.
I am somewhat shocked at the number of less than flattering reviews. I’ve NEVER had bad service and the food is consistantly above average! Best breakfast I’ve ever had? No. Best in Issaquah (and maybe the whole east side)? Without question!
I’ve been coming here since I was about ten years old. I can’t say enough about how great this place is. The servers always have a smile on their face. The breakfasts are large and tasty. And there aren’t to many places where you can get your coffee poured and have a conversation with the owner. I will continue to eat here for as long as it is open.
