Training. Terrible customer service. You had a line ten deep and no one managing the register. Two employees on duty; one working coffee and ignoring the line. The other doing dishes in full view of line and also ignoring. Stood there stupidly for five minutes at front of line but they never acknowledged. You should really train your staff better.
