Truly a cozy little place tucked away in the middle of the main street, I absolutely loved it. The wine was crisp, the salmon delicious and the ambience comfortable. But more than that, it was the special and personalized service that brought the evening alive. (I am not sure if I am getting the name right – Sarah?)
The eastside is reallylack of good brunch places; as a result, I expanded my search territory to Issaquah. Fins Bistro was rated well and unfortunately was a disappointment. I was very excited with the crab bisque, which turned out to be very thick with too much cream, It had good flavor but much too salty. The CaliforniaBenedict had egg that did not have runny yolk, and an English muffin that was chewy. I must have somehow ordered everything that was not good on their menu.DH’s trout and egg was not bad withtender flaky trout.I don’t believe I will be returning since it is really not my cup of tea. doofniks.com
