If you want awful service and to be ignored, go here!. If you want awful service, substandard food and to be ignored, then this is the place for you. Almost every time I have come here, it takes forever to get service. Today was not an exception. It took 30 minutes to even get a server to my table to bring me a menu. Once I placed my order, it took about 40 minutes to get food. I inquired about my order. The waitress said the kitchen was running about 20 minutes for orders. I told her it was much longer than 20 minutes. Afterwards to get a box and bill, it took another 30 minutes,I was a basic breakfast but when it came the hash browns were only cooked on one side-almost inedible. Toast was not spectacular and it came after the regular food. Toast is not a difficult food item to prepare. My son can make better toast. The eggs were pretty good. I am usually a good tipper but a tip is for service but if there is little or no service, then I don’t leave one. Last time I came the owner said they were short-staffed because some called in sick. They seemed short-staffed again too. Some of the wait staff have an attitude, but overall, I think it is management fault.I see the problems as: 1) The management does not hire enough staff especially when they have major sports events (that is probably why many of them have an attitude), 2) There seems to be no organized service areas-I think that is what causes a lot of the slowness or lack of attention to customers-It seems, however, unless you were a regular and seemed to get more attention than others, and 3) The kitchen seems too small, not enough staff and in need of a remodel. Robert Irvine with Restaurant Impossible would be disgusted when he was the lack of service here.I told the waitress Ali (I believe her name was) about the service or lack of it every time I have been there. She said I don’t know when someone needs service, so if I don’t come by, it is best to go to the bar and tell them you need something. That is service? Go here if you want horrible service and be ignored. And this was not unique to me-people at tables around me were angry for the same reason. 4 young people (who weren’t regulars got ignored the same way.)

Did not care for this place at all. Ordered a veggie burger and salad. it was just okay nothing special. Hubby had a steak which he thought was fine but the canned or frozen veggies were horrible.also the mashed potatoes that were supposed to be out of this world were not. it was very noisy and hard to have any conversation with the person next to me. Will not be going back I can get the same food at Denny’s for less money

Get Your Chicken Here. I like fried chicken. A lot. Whole Foods in Redmond (when the store has them) and Ezell’s in Woodinville are our usual go-to for fried chicken. Until I found Gaslamp Bar & Grill in my neighboring city of Issaquah. The pressure-fried chicken is very moist and tender. Highly recommended. Now if you like your fried chicken with crusty exterior, I don’t recommend it. I passed on the jo-jos (quartered fried potatoes) and asked for the fries instead. Love the fries as well as the chicken!

Horrible waitress. Although the food was ok, the waitress was on the phone swearing at a caller. When she brought our food she slammed down the dishes. We complained to the manager (but we think this must have been a relative because he didn’t even talk to her about it.) This isn’t the type of place we’d return, nor could we recommend this for anyone with kids.

I love GASLAMP. This place is really good, the staff is friendly and the food is tasting heavenly 🙂 Every other friday this is my place to be 😉

One of the best burgers around. Nothing much to speak of from the outside, but on the inside they make an amazing bacon cheeseburger and some really excellent sandwiches as well.Staff is friendly and there are a lot of regulars, there’s a reason for that.
