MARGINAL food & service. We will not be back – margs were tasty but the food was really marginal for this sort of mexican restaurant.nothing very fresh tastingpresentation on the plate was sloppy and my child was served a plate for an obese adult. many beter family options in the area
Food was decent and on the bland side. Service was choppy. The food was served in decent time. But after that the waiter forgot about us and had to be reminded to serve us. But I might be back for their hot tortilla chips
Good food and fun. First of all, in the bar they play nothing but 90s music and it is awesome. I recommend it as long as it isn’t too crowded… which brings me to my next point… sometimes this restaurant is too busy. If you want a romantic dinner for two or have something important to discuss with your dinner mates, you might find yourself distracted by a crying child or sizzling fajitas coming out for your neighbor. It has an authentic, casual feel and the servers are very nice. The food is good. It isn’t top of the line Mexican but it is better than Azteca or other run of the mill Mexican restaurants. The menu is huge so you are sure to find something you like. There is a healthy menu, a meat medley dish that my husband likes, everything from the basics to the deluxe. I recommend it if you are hungry and in the mood for a casual, fun place to go… especially if you are going on a weeknight.
Stay Far Away From This Place. The food was horrible. The enchiladas we ordered were bland and had no taste to them at all. There was a puddle of juice on our plates, and I would say that it came from the frozen shredded beef that they defrosted and put into our enchilladas. My husband and I both got a Pina Colada with our meal. There was no price for drinks on the menu and we were very surprised when the bill came to find that we had to pay $9.50 each for a watered down Pina Colada. The prices for the dishes we ordered were on the menu but when the bill came we found we had been overcharged by over $5.00 Dollars on each of our plates. When I questioned the waiter about this he was rude and stumbled for his words to try and find an excuse as to why the prices on the menu did not match up with the prices on the bill. He said we had to pay extra for a little tiny scoop of sour cream and guacamole that he had put on our plates. So if you don’t want to pay over $10.00 for sour cream and guacamole don’t say yes when he asks you if you want it. The total for our bill came to $59.80. For two plates of food and two pina coladas. It was a run down looking restaurant with horribly bland food. The waiter seemed to make the prices up as he went along as to how much you were going to pay for your meal. So my advice to everyone would be to stay far away from this place. We were thoroughly disappointed and we will never return to this restaurant ever again.
Food was terrible, people were rude.
Great Choices for Heaalthy Mexican Food. Their light menu optons are great for non-meat-eaters — very fresh tasting . Easy on the budget and a fun place to eat.
