I was craving a float the other day and made the mistake of ordering food. The lady at the drive thru couldn’t get my order right, so I drove up to the window to clarify. I thought it was all sorted out but when I arrived home realized the order was still wrong. Normally I wouldn’t be so irritated, its fast food, its the drive thru….But I paid for stuff I did not receive and have attempted to contact the store a couple times and have not heard anything back. To me, its a matter of good business practices rather than the money. Apparently management thinks its ok to steal from customers.
